In 1980, EBDS successfully designed and implemented the first generation of our outsource data management system to track, report, and administer 18 independent health and welfare benefits provided by six unrelated insurance companies for 6,000 employees in multiple payroll locations. Since then, our systems have been expanded and rewritten on a continuous basis to respond to ever changing customer need.
We now provide comprehensive service levels for organizations of all sizes and types with a total of more than 700,000 covered active, retiree, union, and non-union participants.
